How do you ensure the frozen treats stay frozen during delivery?

We use specialized insulated packaging with dry ice to ensure your treats arrive perfectly frozen. Our delivery routes are optimized to minimize transit time, and we only deliver within a radius that allows us to maintain the quality of our products.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver throughout the Orlando metropolitan area. Enter your zip code at checkout to confirm if we deliver to your location.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery. For large orders or special events, please contact us directly at least 3-5 days in advance.

Are your products gluten-free?

Many of our products are gluten-free, but not all. Each product page clearly indicates whether the item contains gluten. We also have a dedicated section for gluten-free treats.

Do you offer vegan options?

Yes! We have a growing selection of vegan frozen treats. Look for the 'vegan' tag on our product pages to find these options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for online orders. For corporate or event orders, we can also arrange for invoice payment.
