We currently deliver to the greater Orlando metropolitan area. Our delivery radius ensures that we can maintain the quality of our frozen treats during transit.

Delivery Times

We offer delivery during the following hours:

• Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery window. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that specific time slots may fill up quickly.

Packaging & Handling

We take great care to ensure your frozen treats arrive in perfect condition. Our specialized packaging includes:

• Insulated cooler boxes that maintain freezing temperatures
• Dry ice packs to keep products frozen during transit
• Protective packaging to prevent damage
• Eco-friendly materials wherever possible

Delivery Fees

Our delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from our facility:

• Within 5 miles: $4.99
• 5-10 miles: $6.99
• 10-15 miles: $8.99

Free delivery is available for orders over $50 within our standard delivery area.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and out for delivery, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. This allows you to:

• Track your delivery in real-time
• Receive notifications when your order is on its way
• Get an estimated time of arrival
• Communicate with your delivery driver if needed
