If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we want to make it right. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Products arrive melted or damaged due to shipping issues
  • You receive incorrect items
  • Products have quality issues or don't meet our standards
  • Delivery is significantly delayed without prior notice

How to Request a Refund

If you experience any issues with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the issue
  3. If possible, include photos of the affected products
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit with an additional 10% bonus
  • Replacement of the affected items in your next order

Refunds to your original payment method typically process within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here's our policy on order cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled with a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a 50% processing fee
  • Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or special orders made to your specifications
  • Delivery fees (unless the delivery was significantly delayed or incorrect)
  • Products that have been consumed (beyond a reasonable sample to determine quality)
